The foundation’s motto is “The F.O.R.C.E. that Drives Minds
to Dream”. The true meaning of F.O.R.C.E. is to Focus On Respect
and Commit to Excellence. The Gail Devers Foundation, Inc.,
will raise funds for the Gail Force
Enhancement Center. This community-based facility will house
our programs and serve as a safe haven for those in need while
providing opportunities, activities and challenges to keep
youth off the street and focused on becoming successful adults.

The Gail Force Enhancement Center will be the
force that touches lives and makes a difference.
Our Goal
The goal of the Gail Devers Foundation, a non-profit 501c(3)
organization, is to acquire a facility large enough to house
various programs. The name of the building will be The Gail
Force Enhancement Center.

The premise behind the name is that anyone who enters through
the doors will in someway have their lives enhanced. Through
mentoring or volunteering, everyone will have a place. The
center will be a safe- haven, a FORCE (Focus-On-Respect-
Commitment- Excellence) that cares.
Just as it says, “…it takes a village to raise a child…”,
