Our Transitional Living Programs will help those in need of employment gain independence and get back on their feet. This program acts as a liaison for job placement and housing opportunities to help people transition into a normal productive life. Within the center, individuals are brought through the process of achieving independence. They are taught interview and resume skills. After job placement, individuals are sent to a "department store" housed at the center to shop for a new outfit in preparation for their interview. From here a certificate is given entitling the recipient to a full makeover. The partnership with department stores and spas falls in with the philosophy of "when you look good you feel good and, when you feel good it gives you the confidence you need to conquer the world". Other programs offerings include:

• Gail Devers Scholarship Program - offered to youth seeking higher education which enables them to be competitive in the job market.
• Family & Group Social Events - designed to give families who otherwise would not be able to afford the cost, an opportunity to attend and participate in various activities.
• Health Awareness Symposiums - geared to educating the public on proper health care through annual health expos.
• Read To Achieve Program - designed to help youth and adults learn to read so they can achieve success.
