One of the most vital programs under development is “Read to Achieve”. This program will help youth and adults learn to read so they can achieve success. Volunteering educators will donate their

time and efforts tutoring program participants in accomplishing successful reading skills. Computers will be provided to those needing to expand into other areas of education.
