CLUB FORCE- As more of our youth are raised without the structure of traditional families (single Moms and Dads, living far away from loving relatives such as Grandparents) our youth need someplace that they can turn, to gain extra tools for positive growth. Through Club Force our youth will realize they possess the tools for success inside them regardless of their outside situations. They can finish with the thought and confidence that can control their own destiny.

Club Force is a 5- week character-building program making you responsible for task relating to respect and commitment. The completion of these tasks demonstrates your focus on a positive self and a positive future.

Through the creation of a special club, Club Force, we are able to reach out the public and spread the message and meaning of F.O.R.C.E.-Focus-On-Respect-Commitment-Excellence. This is the philosophy Gail Personally lives her life by.

FAST TRACK - Ever since three times Gold Olympic Medallist, Gail Devers, was honored with having the Sweetwater High School football / track field named after her, she has always promised to make a difference. Her foundation has embarked on several projects including; Club Force with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Annual Walk for Health (Atlanta) and scholarship awards for graduating high school seniors nationwide. This year, the Foundation is engaged in upgrading the track and field to a polyurethane surface and replacing the grass with a synthetic turf. This project has sparked the interest of many Sweetwater alumni, as well as community members. Gail feels very strongly about giving back to a community that is so receptive. The philosophy of "if you build it, they will come", will be realized. In an impoverished area, we will empower the people of the community to control their own destiny by giving the means to create revolving community revenue and community pride, which will put them on the map forever.
